Mobile Digital Arts offers consulting services to schools, community centers, and other places where young people are engaged in learning. Working directly with educators inside and outside of schools, Mobile Digital Arts helps determine the exact technical and subject matter needs and delivers a program specification that includes:

• The type of digital arts program that best suits the project.
• Identification of the number of laptops, other hardware, and type of software necessary to complete the project.
• Staffing requirements for the project.
• Pre-residency tasks and responsibilities, a residency day-by-day timetable, and additonal materials to help teachers prepare their students for the project.

Mobile Digital Arts sends a representative to each residency participant to provide a briefing, and if necessary, training to help them prepare for the residency. Mobile Digital Arts will also send staff to work with teachers in advance of the residency to help them develop student narratives, select and edit pictures and video, ceate storyboards, and train students use digital cameras, camcorders, and scanners.
